PIARC organizes the World Road Congresses every four years since 1908.
The proceedings of the congresses from 1908 till 1995 have been digitized in PDF format. From 1999 to 2011 those of the congresses are available on DVD, the content of which has also been adapted in the form of websites. Since 2015, the proceedings are exclusively available on dedicated websites.
